Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is extended during the holiday season to allow for gifts. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@themovao.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 15505 Victorias Way Montgomery, TX 77316 at customer cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This will be taken care of and you will receive a mailing label. 

Replacement Parts

The Mini includes one replacement band in the instance that one would pop under strain and need to be repaired.  Instructions can be found on YouTube under The MOVAO.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If an item is used and not defective we are unable to accept it back. This unit is for physical therapy which means long term or short term.  

Exchanges
No exchanges at this time. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
