The MOVAO Mini is a portable, in-bed leg press system designed to provide progressive resistance training for the lower extremities while a person is seated or lying in bed. It delivers up to approximately 66 lbs of resistance and can be attached securely to a chair or wheelchair. The device allows controlled, repetitive leg strengthening without requiring standing or traditional gym equipment.
Primary Indications
Strength maintenance or restoration in individuals with limited mobility
Rehabilitation following illness, surgery, or prolonged bed rest
Progressive strengthening of quadriceps, hamstrings, and other lower-extremity muscles
Use in seated or supine positions when standing exercise is not feasible
